Joanne Dunleavy brings more that twenty years of experience to leading transformational work as a teacher, coach, trainer, and organizational consultant. A former Area Director and Leadership Trainer for Lifespring, a training and development company with over 450,000 graduates, she founded Joanne Dunleavy & Associates in 1993 to bring the then-pioneering and cutting- edge model of professional coaching to executives, smaller business owners, entrpreneurs, and larger corporations. Her mission is to develop extraordinary leaders and inspire organizational change and transformation. Joanne’s Executive Coaching and Leadership Development practice flourished and extended to countries in Europe, Mexico, Canada, and the Middle East. As a way of bringing her heart and passion for coaching to others in the field of human development, Joanne launched the New Agreements Coach Training & Leadership Institute (NACTLI), which trains and certifies executive, business, and life coaches in a system know as Coaching with Intent. The Institute is committed to providing a major “Evolutionary Next Step” in training professional coaches and developing leaders through expanded awareness and consciousness, inspired action, connection to higher purpose, and contribution to others.
Joanne has recently written Mastering the Inner Game, featured in Mastering the Art of Success with Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen, and Les Brown. She is currently leading workshops and teleclasses on ” Mastering the Inner Game and the Art of Success.”
Joanne has a BA in Economics from Connecticut College and an MS in Training and Organization Development form Lesley University. A member of the prestigious Transformational Leadership Council, she is a past board member of the International Coach Federation of New England. Her presentations include: “6 Success Secrets of 6 Six-Figure Coaches International Coach Federation of New England and “The Masteries – A Spiritual Guide to a ‘Next Step’ in Coaching” at the 2004 Annual CoachVille Conference, the first coaching conference dedicated solely to supporting coaches in expanding their coaching businesses and achieve financial success. For her work at NACTLI and her contribution to the field of professional coaching, Joanne was honored with CoachVille’s prestigious “t” award named for coaching pioneer Thomas Leonard for “Innovation and Creativity.” Joanne is a 2005 recipient of the BRAVO! Entrepreneur Award given by Smart Women CEO Magazine.
